Developing course of Haomei

1. in 1990 First plant of haomei was launched in NanHai city named DALI HaoMei Aluminium profile factory.

2. in 1991 One 450T extruder, one smelting production line with anodizing line.

3. in 1993 two more 1000 Ton extrusion presses were purchased. The annual capacity is 5000 Tons.

4. in 1995 purchased DongLian Aluminium Profile Factory in LiDong of NanHai city, totally 5 extrusion presses and 2 anodizing lines.

5. in 1996 the new anodizing line of 15,000 Ton came into service and totally 7 extrusion presses.

6. in 1997 the new designed smelting workshop was launched. One 1350 Ton extrusion press and one 600 Ton extrusion press were purchased. The total number of extrusion presses achieved 9 sets. Awarded “quality outstanding unit of GuangDong Private enterprises”

7. in 1998 renamed as GuangDong HaoMei Aluminium Profile Factory and awarded “UKAS of UK” and “adopting international standard product marking certificate

8. in 1999 the 6000 Ton color powder coated line was set up. Awarded “scientific research base and designated production enterprise of aluminium window and door profiles and curtain wall profiles” and “certification for product recommendation”by construction department of China, and “GuangDong high quality products”

9. in March 2000 the first container was exported to Singapore. In the same year the electrophoresis line was set up.

10.in 2001 renamed as GuangDong HaoMei Aluminium Co., Ltd

11.in 2002 awarded “quality outstanding enterprise in FoShan City”and “certificate of 1conformity of product quality for aluminium profiles” by China Quality Mark Certification Group.

12.in 2003 awarded “National Inspection-Free Product” as the first group.

13.in 2004 awarded “the number one brand of customer satisfaction of product quality in Chinese market”.

14.in 2005 QingYuan plant was launched, covering 500,000 square meters, having 33 imported aluminium profile production lines with 24 sets of 4500 Ton, 3600 Ton, 2500 Ton extrusion presses, 2 thermal break lines, 3 Gema powder coating lines from Switzerland (of which the maximum length of carbon-flouride coated line could be 12 meters). The annual capacity is up 100,000 Tons. Awarded “adopting international standard product marking certificate” and “certificate of conformity of quality management system certification” by China Quality Mark Certification Group.

15.in 2006 awarded “certificate for product exemption from quality surveillance inspection”.

16.in 2006 awarded “certificate for national product quality stability in 1996 to 2006”.

17.in 2007 awarded “certificate for energy conservation product”, “adopting international standard product marking certificate”, certificate for powder coated profiles, carbon-flouride coated profiles, thermal-break profiles and anodizing profiles, and“certificate of conformity of quality management system certification” by China Quality Mark Certification Group, “contract-honoring and promise-keeping enterprise for six years” and “GuangDong famous product”
